Jen and Anthony are the husband and wife team behind Bruce The Butcher. The couple bought the business 12 years ago off the original Bruce and customers have been calling Anthony, Bruce ever since. Some say Anthony has gotten used to this little misunderstanding, even going as far as saying it has become his alter-ego!

The store is dedicated to catering to home cooks and foodies, any product you can think of, even if it’s a bit special like pork belly or lamb necks – they’ve got it.
The store has great steak cuts, an emphasis on gluten-free marinades and crumbed products and stocks yummy pies and even honey!
Anthony also enjoys smoking traditional leg hams on the premises.
